Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside the app:
- Open Glass Widget on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Settings or Profile tab.
- Select Account & Data Management.
- Tap Delete Account & Erase Data and confirm your choice.
Method 2: Web or Email Request
If you have uninstalled Glass Widget or no longer have access to your mobile device, you can request manual deletion by contacting our technical team:
- Email: support@oniontech.dev or legal@oniontech.dev
- Subject: Account Deletion Request — Glass Widget
- Include: The email address or user identifier associated with your app usage.
Our engineering team will verify your request and permanently erase all cloud records within 7 business days.
Types of Data Erased & Retention
Upon account deletion, we permanently erase:
- Account credentials and profile authentication records.
- Personal preferences, configurations, and synced entries.
- Cloud backups and telemetry logs tied to your identifier.
We do not retain deleted account data except where required by law (e.g. accounting records of completed store financial transactions kept by Google Play).
